Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing the customer experience. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising strategies. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and managing product displays. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining professionalism. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and enhance overall performance.

Skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse customer base. Experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred, particularly in technical sales environments. Proficiency in cashiering and cash handling procedures is essential. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management. Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy workspace and manage time efficiently. Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional interactions with customers over the phone.
