Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail environment. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working with people, we would love to hear from you. Duties: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns - Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences - Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed - Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis - Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store targets - Handle customer complaints or inquiries with patience and professionalism Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, but not required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities - Basic knowledge of technology products is a plus - Cash handling experience is an asset - Multilingual abilities are desirable for serving diverse customer base We offer competitive compensation, ongoing training, and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
