We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Associate with good Penmamship to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services , personalize ornaments and gifts through effective communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Personalize Ornaments and gifts Assist customers in placing orders and processing returns or exchanges. Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products. Upsell additional products or services based on customer interests. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism to ensure positive resolutions.

Skills

Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus (bilingual/multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply). Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with customers. Experience in upselling or sales is preferred but not required. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping. Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively.
