Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries. Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell products and services. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately. Handle cash and credit transactions with basic math skills Maintain phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries via phone. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and objectives. Stay informed about product promotions, features, and benefits to enhance selling opportunities.

Experience

Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with cashiering processes and POS systems is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette. A proactive approach to learning about technology sales and product offerings. A demonstrated ability to engage customers effectively and drive sales through upselling techniques.
