Duties

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized assistance. Utilize POS systems to process transactions efficiently and accurately. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed effectively. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on customer feedback. Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and maintain a positive work environment.

Skills

Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation. Proficiency in POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Experience in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse customers. Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous for engaging customers in tech-related products. Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with shoppers. Proficient in English; additional language skills are beneficial for diverse clientele. Background in retail sales is preferred, demonstrating an understanding of the sales process.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
