Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through product knowledge and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Operate computer systems accurately
- Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Qualifications
- Experience in retail sales or customer service preferably in an optical setting
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of opticianry is a plus
- Proficiency in a second language is preferred
