Pet Cuisine & Accessories is your one-stop shop for your entire cat & dog needs and we are currently looking to hire a Part-Time Sales Associate for various morning, evening and weekend shifts. We require an outgoing animal lover with attention to detail, excellent communication and customer service skills. Pet Cuisine strives for a positive, safe, and friendly work environment for staff. We are an LGBTQ+ owned small business with a small staff, being an active member of the team is encouraged.

Skills and qualifications:

1-2 years related work experience in a pet retail environment (pet store experience required) Extremely friendly and personable Ability to work independently Ability to take direction Ability to multitask Self Motivated Excellent verbal communication Quick learner Must be comfortable with walking Dogs and Cats Must be able to lift and carry short distances 25lbs at a time Animal Lover
Duties include:

Providing pet nutrition Product guidance Product Knowledge Sales Knowledge Cash Handling Phone Etiquette and communication Maintaining store Cleaning Merchandising The ability to work alone Maintaining the health of the animals in the store
