Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, motivated
Furniture Sales Associate (Showroom Consultant)
to join our team. You'll work directly with customers to help them select the right furniture for their homes, manage sales transactions, and ensure a professional, welcoming showroom environment.Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide personalized assistance throughout the buying process Recommend furniture, decor, and customization options based on customer needs Explain features, pricing, warranties, and delivery details clearly Maintain clean and visually appealing showroom displays Process customer orders accurately and follow up on pending sales Contribute to team goals by meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
Qualifications & Requirements
1+ year of experience in
retail, furniture, or showroom sales
(preferred but not required) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability tolift up to 40 lbs
and help move/display furniture as needed Comfortable working withPOS systems and order entry software
Must be available to workweekends
and flexible hours Reliable, punctual, and driven to succeed in a commission-based environmentWhat We Offer
Base pay + attractive commission

Pay: $17.20-$32.61 per hour
