Sales Associate
, you'll be the face of our home decor brand--guiding customers to find pieces that reflect their style while ensuring every shopping experience feels welcoming and inspiring.
Responsibilities
Greet and acknowledge every customer, offering friendly and knowledgeable assistance.
Develop strong product knowledge of home decor and lifestyle merchandise, staying up to date on promotions and collections.
Operate the point-of-sale system with accuracy.
Receive and process shipments, ensuring stock is correct and organized.
Replenish sales floor with products to maintain an inspiring, shoppable environment.
Maintain store appearance--dust, clean, and style displays to reflect WYRTH Home's visual standards.
Follow all company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (retail or home decor experience an asset).
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Must be 16 years of age or older.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
