Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their needs and inquiries.
Promote and sell high-quality natural pet foods and products to enhance customer satisfaction.
Handle cashier duties accurately and efficiently during transactions.
Organize merchandise displays to highlight promotions and new arrivals.
Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about our offerings.
Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer trust.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or retail sales, preferably in the pet industry.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
Ability to engage with customers and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
