As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with product selections, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. Engage in upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising practices. Provide multilingual support to customers as needed, ensuring clear communication in both English and other languages. Handle customer inquiries professionally over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer service. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.

Experience

Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and inventory management. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required for effective interaction with customers and team members.
