As a member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers while promoting our wide range of vaping products. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for upselling, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their needs.
Educate customers on product features and benefits, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions.
Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Maintain an organized and clean store environment, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately.
Handle customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in retail or a similar environment.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable.
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
Strong organizational skills to keep track of inventory and store operations.
A friendly demeanor with the ability to engage customers positively.
