We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in Scarborough, Canada. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance in our retail environment.

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, assessing their needs, and offering personalized product recommendations Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, new arrivals, merchandise locations, and current fashion trends Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work atmosphere Participate in inventory management and restocking activities as needed Adapt to changing customer needs and market trends to maximize sales opportunities

Qualifications

Previous retail experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong initiative and self-motivation Positive attitude and confidence in customer interactions Passion for continuous learning and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented work setting Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds * High school diploma or equivalent
