Sales Associate

to join our growing team at

Wanuskewin Collective and Gift Shops

. With

four locations in and around Saskatoon we are looking to add to our ever-growing team.

This is more than just a sales role, it's an opportunity to be part of a team that proudly represents Indigenous cultures and communities through a wide range of products from Indigenous artists, businesses and organizations.

Your duties and responsibilities include:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide product information and recommendations to customers Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized sales floor Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed Meet or exceed sales goals and targets Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business Assist with inventory management and restocking

Skills you have:

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Strong time management skills to ensure productivity and meet deadlines Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management

Qualifications:

High School Diploma, or equivalent 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience Self-directed with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong attitude for attention to detail and customer service Weekend availability Valid Class 5 Driver's License
