Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a blend of technical sales skills, effective communication, and the ability to negotiate with clients. The Sales Associate will work closely with customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that align with our product offerings.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track sales activities effectively. Conduct inside sales activities, including telemarketing, to generate leads and follow up on potential clients. Communicate product features and benefits clearly to customers in both English and Spanish when necessary. Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients. Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in technical sales or inside sales is preferred. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; Spanish proficiency is an advantage. Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals. Familiarity with telemarketing practices and techniques is desirable. A solid understanding of the market dynamics related to our products is beneficial. A proactive attitude with a passion for sales and customer service excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,200.00-$8,000.00 per month
