The Role

We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Retail Associate to join our team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys customer service and may have an interest in interior design.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a professional, approachable manner Mix paint colours and match existing colours with accuracy Recommend paint products and finishes based on customer needs Assist with product selection and answer questions confidently Maintain organized store inventory and clean displays Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately Lift and move paint products (up to 50lb) Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred) Knowledge of paint products and finishes (an asset, not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Organized and dependable, with strong time management skills Comfort with physical aspects of the role (lifting up to 50lb) Interest in colour, style, or interior design is a plus
