Who We Are

We sell dresses! We are the largest evening wear retailer in the greater Vancouver area. Our target market is prom, guests to the wedding, evening parties and weddings.

Job Type / Category

Our goal is to work together as a team to provide exceptional service! It's not easy to find that perfect dress and then to have it fit and feel amazing! The role our stylists include is to assist, provide options, be honest and confidently convey a positive environment.

Daily functions include assisting with customer needs, merchandising stock, transactions at the cash desk and regular store maintenance.

Hours will range from morning / evening and weekday / weekend shifts.

Job Activities

Deliver exceptional customer service Use company tools to build clientele and achieve sales Ensure each customer is welcomed into the store in a warm and genuinely sincere manner Go above and beyond the customer's initial requests Meet and surpass personal targeted goals through promoting merchandise, effective use of selling skills, and follow-up service Maintain cleanliness and organization Maintains a professional and productive work environment Excellent presentation skills in a retail environment Upbeat, optimistic, passionate and friendly Ability to understand the needs of the customer

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

2-5+ years of experience in retail sales Secondary language very helpful Love for fashion!
