We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will engage with customers, assist them in finding products, and ensure that the store remains well-stocked and organized.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. Communicate product features and benefits effectively to customers. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and encourage sales. Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods. Assist with returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing change accurately. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is advantageous. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base. Experience in technical sales or product demos is beneficial for showcasing specialized products.

Pay: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
