WHAT YOU'LL DO

Take qualified leads and

turn them into paying, repeat clients

Follow up like a machine, overcome objections, and close deals daily Run discovery calls, present offers, and own the sales pipeline Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless onboarding Track KPIs, CRM updates, and personal performance like a pro Help shape the future of our sales process as we scale

WHAT YOU BRING

Proven track record

of closing high-ticket or service-based sales Strong verbal and written communication -- confident and clear Objection-handling ninja -- can turn a "maybe" into a "hell yes" Self-starter -- you don't wait to be told what to do CRM experience and data-driven approach Competitive mindset -- you want to WIN Bonus: Experience selling to realtors or in a service-based business
