Home Base NL is a property management company that focuses on rentals including independent BnBs and properties listed through short term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.
Role Description
This is a commission-based remote role for a Sales Associate. This role will be responsible for daily lead generation through cold calling or email marketing campaigns, booking appointments with team managers for warm leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Sales, Customer Service, and Account Management skills Experience with lead generation and pipeline management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Positive and supportive attitude with a focus on customer success Experience in the property management industry or with Airbnb is a plus Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any relevant field is a plus
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $28,115.00-$80,000.00 per year
