Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
Utilize the POS system for processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering practices.
Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Communicate product knowledge clearly to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with technology sales is a plus, as well as experience conducting product demos.
Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members positively.
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing are essential.
