About the Role

Victory Range Hoods is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on problem-solving, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service and learning about a new product. You'll play a key role in guiding clients with orders, communicating with customers, and coordinating with the Sales and Shipping department to ensure a smooth a enjoyable sales experience for new customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Providing guidance with new orders and ensuring all customers are attended to within 24 hours
- Reach out to customers regarding:

New sales inquiries Sales quotes and invoices Price-match requests Product guidance assistance Warranty or parts requests
-Processing phone and email orders
- Coordinating with the Sales and Shipping team when quoting new orders
- Serve as one of the first points of contact for email and phone sales inquiries
- Handle incoming Sales and Order Status phone calls and emails
- Answer tickets from existing and future customers

Qualifications

- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of organization
- Previous experience in sales and customer service is an asset
- Knowledge of Shopify, Zendesk and Google Drive are a plus

Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for transaction processing. Ability to demonstrate products confidently to customers. Bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory. Experience in merchandising is preferred but not required. A positive attitude with a passion for helping customers. Perks & Benefits
