Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits effectively. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and promotions. Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising techniques. Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Skills

Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus. Proficiency in technology sales, including technical sales knowledge. Experience in retail sales, merchandising, and product demonstrations is highly desirable. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and cash handling. Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store appearance. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Professional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries via phone.
