Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their needs. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest. Engage in footwear sales by staying informed about the latest products and trends in the industry. Utilize effective merchandising techniques to present products attractively and strategically within the store. Process transactions accurately, ensuring efficient cashiering and cash handling. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that products are well-stocked and displayed. Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs, enhancing their shopping experience. Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone.

Skills

Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, but not required. Proven experience in retail sales with a focus on sales and footwear sales preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment. Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy retail setting. A positive attitude towards upselling and promoting additional products or services.
