We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers to drive sales. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience while promoting our products and services. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Utilize basic math skills to handle transactions accurately and efficiently. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed. Provide technical sales support for technology-related products, helping customers understand features and benefits. Stay informed about product knowledge, including new arrivals and promotions, to effectively communicate with customers. Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts as needed. Foster strong relationships with customers through excellent service, ensuring repeat business. Communicate effectively in English; multilingual skills are a plus.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is advantageous. Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a busy environment. A proactive approach to learning about products and services offered by the company. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual sales goals.
