Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience Use expert product knowledge to recommend styles, sizes, and fits based on customer needs Accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges using the POS (Point-of-Sale) system Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom Restock shelves and displays to ensure merchandise is readily available and attractively presented Stay up-to-date on new arrivals, product features, and current promotions Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing new shipments Handle cash, credit, and mobile transactions with accuracy and efficiency Work closely with team members to create a welcoming, high-energy shopping environment

Qualifications:

Fluent in English (spoken and written); Strong customer service and communication skills Previous retail or footwear sales experience preferred but not required Ability to learn quickly and provide knowledgeable service Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting Attention to detail and a proactive approach to merchandising Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
