We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for helping customers find the right products to meet their needs. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

Engage with Pet parents to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations. Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Assist with cashiering duties, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills. Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in technical sales is preferred but not required. Previous cashiering experience is an advantage. Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. Ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive customer experience. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Highly organized with attention to detail in maintaining store standards. A proactive approach to sales with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
