Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash register. Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support to enhance customer understanding of products. Manage phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring all customer questions are addressed promptly. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that products are well-displayed and stocked. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. Communicate product features and benefits clearly to customers, fostering an engaging shopping experience.

Experience

2 years previous sales experience needed. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Proficiency in cashiering and cash handling procedures is advantageous. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English are essential. Familiarity with technical sales or product demos is a plus, as is an eagerness to learn about new products.
