Supplement King Moncton is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and driving sales through effective communication and upselling techniques. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for Health & Wellness, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance. Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit card processing. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner, fostering a positive shopping experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of service. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or retail, preferably in Supplements sales. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Proficient in cash handling procedures and experience with POS systems. Ability to engage customers through effective upselling techniques while maintaining integrity. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
