About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-driven Sales Associate to join our AaravPOS team in Canada. In this role, you will focus on introducing our platform to salons, spas, and wellness centers nationwide, building strong relationships, and driving adoption of AaravPOS across the Canadian beauty and wellness industry. This position is ideal for someone passionate about technology, SaaS solutions, and helping small businesses grow through digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively engage in cold calling and emailing to outreach and generate new leads, expand the customer base, and drive adoption of AaravPOS.
Identify and engage with potential clients across Canada's beauty and wellness sector.
Conduct product demonstrations (virtual and in-person) to showcase AaravPOS features and benefits.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation and outreach campaigns.
Gather and share client feedback with the product team to improve user experience.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay informed about Canadian market trends and competitive offerings to position AaravPOS effectively.
Who You Are:
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (experience in SaaS, POS systems, or the beauty/wellness industry is an asset).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Skilled in consultative selling and comfortable with software demonstrations.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel within Canada for client meetings when required.
Passionate about empowering small businesses through technology.
