Join Our Team: Field Sales Associate - G&C Home Solutions

At Green and Clean Home Solutions, we're proud to serve homeowners in Mississauga and Etobicoke with top-quality home improvement services. From interior and exterior painting to staining, window and eavestrough cleaning, and pressure washing, we help properties look their best. We're looking for an energetic and motivated Field Sales Associate to help us connect with more clients in our community.

Your Day-to-Day:

Canvassing door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods to promote our services. Participating in daily check-ins to review goals and share updates. Entering leads and tracking outreach in our CRM system. Booking estimate appointments with interested homeowners. Explaining our services clearly and answering common questions. Helping with local marketing campaigns and awareness events. Meeting or exceeding both personal and team lead-generation targets. Attending virtual meetings twice a month to assess progress and set new goals. Taking initiative to improve your skills and performance over time.

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, confident communicators who enjoy starting conversations. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Organized, dependable, and good at managing time. Eager to learn and open to feedback.

100% commission-based.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
