Description:

JOIN OUR TEAM! We are leading building materials company looking for a motivated and customer-focused Full-Time Sales Associate to join our growing team. Of you are passionate about sales, enjoy working with people, and have an interest in in building materials, we want to hear from you!

Job Requirements:

Three to six month's sales experience is preferred; familiarity with building materials is strong advantage. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills are required and ability to use a point-of-sale system/ basic understanding of cash register functions and cash procedures. Finding potential new customers and promote the company and product. Mandarin speaker is preferred. Valid driving license is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

well-organized and able to multi-task with an excellent attention to detail. Manage order processing and ensure smooth transactions. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Provide professional customer consultations in-person, via phone, and through social media. Cultivate new and existing customer relationships to build loyalty and repeat business Demonstrate excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
