Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented

Sales Associate

to join our growing team! You'll assist customers in finding the right furniture, provide expert advice, and ensure a seamless shopping experience from consultation to delivery.

What You'll Do

Greet customers warmly and provide tailored service. Understand customer needs and recommend furniture solutions across living room, bedroom, dining, and accessories categories. Share detailed product knowledge: materials, styles, dimensions, care instructions. Guide customers through the sales process including orders, financing, and delivery. Address concerns, manage objections, and resolve issues professionally. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, including Value-Added Products and Services (VAPS). Educate customers on warranties, return/exchange policies. Assist with general store duties and team support as needed.

Qualifications

Fluent in English

Mandarin is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or customer service
-Previous furniture or home decor sales experience is a strong asset
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Positive, customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible availability -- evenings and weekends required
- High school diploma or equivalent
