Customer service & sales Furniture, appliances and accessories sales Social media content creation Supporting promotions and marketing ideas Merchandising and products presentation

Skills

Proficiency in both English and French preferred. Background in retail sales with knowledge of merchandising practices. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Effective time management skills to prioritize responsibilities efficiently. Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette for client interactions. Basic math skills for handling transactions and financial reporting. Ability to identify upselling opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
