Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Part-Time Marketing & Sales Associate to help promote our services, generate leads, and support business development efforts. This is an hourly role with commission incentives -- ideal for someone with good communication skills, sales drive, and a basic understanding (or willingness to learn) of scientific/technical services marketing.

What You'll Do:

Help promote Rane Pharmaceuticals' services (custom synthesis, contract research, medicinal chemistry, API manufacturing, etc.) to potential clients Reach out to prospective clients (cold outreach / warm leads / follow-up) and manage leads from initial contact through conversion Assist with marketing materials: updating website content, preparing service descriptions, writing emails or proposals, possibly social media or digital marketing support as needed Coordinate with internal team (chemists, project managers) to gather technical/service information and translate that into client-facing materials Track leads, sales, and commissionable conversions; maintain records and report your activity

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills -- comfortable contacting and speaking with potential clients Self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented, and able to manage leads and follow-ups independently Basic understanding of scientific or technical services is a plus (but not required) -- training will be provided Reliable, honest, and able to work independently with some supervision Comfortable with occasional outreach (phone, email) and tracking leads/sales
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 3 per week
