Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers Engage in upselling and suggest complementary products to enhance customer experience Maintain merchandising standards, ensuring displays are attractive and organized Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Utilize strong communication skills to inform customers about promotions and new products Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods Uphold phone etiquette when handling inquiries via phone or online channels Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

Experience

Prior experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technical sales is preferred Bilingual skills (English and additional languages) are a plus, especially for serving diverse customer bases Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening Demonstrated ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction Experience working with technology products or conducting product demos is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.85-$23.41 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
