Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their purchases, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining an organized sales floor.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs. Assist customers in selecting products that meet their requirements through effective communication and upselling techniques. Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, enhancing the customer experience. Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising practices. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance. Demonstrate strong time management skills by efficiently handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Uphold company policies regarding phone etiquette while interacting with customers over the phone.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus. Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and manage inventory effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact positively with customers and team members. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. A proactive approach to learning about new products and services offered by the company.
