Job Description

This role is for someone who wants more than just a retail job. You'll be working with both homeowners and contractors to help them choose the right paint and flooring products, fulfill orders accurately, and keep the store running smoothly. It's a mix of product knowledge, customer service, and hands-on work like tinting paint and organizing displays.

We're hiring people who want to grow. Most of our managers started in this role, and we invest real time and training to help you get there.

Key Responsibilities

Advise customers on paint, flooring, and related products Tint paint, build orders, and coordinate deliveries Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked Support merchandising and product displays Work with PRO accounts and help maintain strong relationships.
What You Bring

Comfortable talking to customers and asking good questions Interested in learning about coatings, flooring, and color Organized, reliable, and able to stay calm when it gets busy Some retail or construction experience is a bonus, but not required
