We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for technology sales. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing product knowledge, and driving sales through effective upselling techniques. Your role will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience and fostering customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products that meet their needs. Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding. Utilize technical sales knowledge to address customer inquiries and provide solutions. Effectively manage time to ensure all customers receive prompt attention. Employ upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displays are attractive. Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Uphold phone etiquette when handling customer calls, providing assistance as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance overall performance. Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or retail sales; technical sales experience is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Familiarity with POS systems is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new technologies and products.

Pay: $60,000.00-$114,012.69 per year
