Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content. Manage social media platforms and online presence to enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and product launches. Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve high performance. Establish relationships with key clients, vendors, and industry partners.

Requirements

Experience in sales and marketing an asset but willing to train the right individual. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and analytics. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with graphic design tools is an advantage. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
