Role Description:

This is a part-time role for a Sales Associate at L&G's Storefront located in downtown Kelowna, BC. The Sales Associate will be responsible for maintaining store cleanliness, restocking inventory, processing transactions and providing exceptional customer service. This role has room to grow into full-time hours when/if appropriate.

Responsibilities:

Tasks include but are not limited to: oversee customer service experience in store, maintain store display/cleanliness, restock pieces/packaging/store & office supplies, perform all in-store services/experiences (permanent jewelry, charm bar, engraving etc) and provide exceptional customer service to all customers in store.

Qualifications:

Customer Service and Communication skills Organizational and Time Management skills Point of Sale (POS) System and Cash Handling experience Ability to work independently and collaboratively Retail or Sales experience is required Knowledge of basic math and computer skills High School diploma or equivalent Must be available evenings and weekends
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
