As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting our products, providing exceptional service, and contributing to the overall success of our retail environment.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed. Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts. Utilize phone etiquette to manage customer inquiries and follow up on leads. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members. Experience in cash handling and proficiency in using POS systems. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Previous experience in technology sales or technical sales is preferred but not required. Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to meet sales goals.
