Sales Associate (inside Sales Rep)
Job Description
The Sales Associate (SA) is responsible all counter/inside sales transactions, greeting customers as first point of contact, taking orders, assisting customers with queries and provide solutions through various products we offer. As a SA, you will possess excellent product knowledge to be able to cross-sell and provide valuable solutions to the customer\'s needs. Additionally, as SA, you will follow up on orders to prevent delay and frustration, update product inventory as required, and ensue each customer receives a positive experience. The SA must skillfully blend sound listening skills, customer centric focus, and knowledge about various products to provide the right solutions for the customer. It is imperative SA acts with poise, pride and integrity while representing the company at all times.
