Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will excel in engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and providing exceptional service to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience. Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers, including technology and merchandise items Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Operate POS systems for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure products are well-stocked and properly presented Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising efforts Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods Uphold phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or via online channels Support store operations by adhering to organizational policies and procedures

Skills

Multilingual abilities are a strong plus for engaging diverse customer bases Experience in retail sales, including product demos and merchandising Technical sales experience, especially with technology products or electronics Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures Excellent customer service orientation with effective phone etiquette Ability to upsell products tactfully to enhance sales performance Strong organizational skills for managing inventory and maintaining a tidy workspace Time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
