Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers, highlighting benefits Engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments Maintain merchandising standards and ensure product displays are attractive and organized Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction Keep track of inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management Utilize strong communication skills to educate customers about products and promotions Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods Uphold phone etiquette when handling inquiries via phone or online channels

Experience

Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in technology or related fields Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for transactions Bilingual abilities (English plus another language) are highly desirable for serving a diverse clientele Experience with product demos, merchandising, and technical sales is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service excellence Ability to work well under pressure with effective time management skills Knowledge of the software Mozaik and about kitchen cabinetry

Commission-based salary.
