Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits Utilize effective communication skills to upsell products and enhance customer experience Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandising display Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions accurately Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing customer interactions Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory and merchandising standards Knowledge of upselling techniques and effective phone etiquette
