Sales Associate

to join our growing team. This role is key to converting inquiries into bookings, providing exceptional service to prospective and current clients, and supporting the General Manager in driving sales and ensuring a seamless event planning experience.

Responsibilities

Sales & Client Engagement

Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person walk-ins. Conduct venue tours, highlighting the features and benefits of The Villa by Nerval. Build strong relationships with prospective clients and guide them through the booking process. Follow up on leads and proposals to convert prospects into confirmed bookings.

Booking & Event Coordination Support

Prepare customized quotes and booking packages tailored to client needs. Assist clients in selecting available packages and upsell value-added services such as decor and catering coordination. Collaborate with the in-house decorator and external vendors to ensure alignment with client expectations. Maintain accurate booking records and update the CRM or event calendar system.

Reporting & Administration

Track inquiry-to-booking conversion metrics and provide regular sales updates to the General Manager. Help create and maintain sales materials, presentations, and promotional content. Support marketing campaigns by attending open houses and promotional events.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, hospitality, or event coordination. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated
