Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role requires effective communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and purchases Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively assist customers Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction Manage time efficiently to balance multiple tasks during busy periods Assist in training new staff members as needed evenings weekends and holidays maximum 20hrs per week

Skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing customer interactions Experience in cashiering and operating POS systems is preferred Demonstrated sales skills with a focus on customer service excellence Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle various responsibilities efficiently A friendly attitude and willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment
