This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position is commission based, pay.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products. Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively demonstrate product features and benefits. Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.

Skills

Strong background in sales preferred. Proven ability to sell products effectively while meeting customer needs. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse customers. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$30.00 per hour
