What You'll Do

As a Sales Associate at Kohr Method, you'll be the first point of contact for potential members--turning curiosity into commitment. You'll engage leads, answer questions, and guide them toward their first intro pass or full membership. You're not just selling a product--you're inviting people into a lifestyle.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Monitoring and responding to inbound leads via email, social media, and other platforms Proactively reaching out to new leads with personalized messaging and follow-ups Engaging in meaningful conversations that build trust and drive conversions Tracking lead progress and maintaining organized communication logs Following up with intro pass holders to convert them into long-term members Collaborating with the team to refine messaging and improve conversion strategies

Pay: $15.70-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
